ROTECH BULLET BAIT BOX

At shire pest solutions we have been testing the new Rotech Range Bullet rat bait box from 1env.

Listed below are the features it has and our observations during use,

Secure, Tamper Resistant lock, Uni-key Compatible

The lock seems to hold well .

I have found if you use the key slowly it works better and I can now undo them with ease.

Robust construction offering strength and durability

The box seems strong enough with double hinges to hold the lid in place which then closes into a groove on the box itself stopping forced entry.

Bait divider and Compartment for grain bait

The divider slides into grooves in the box and has a half circle design giving Rats better to the bait of your choice.

Rod for blocks and pasta bait

The rod is easy to remove, re-bait and replace. Spikes on the lid hold the rod in place once the box is closed.

Unique lock-in rat trap holder

This is a great addition to the box as the trap slides under the lugs to hold the front of the trap down, meaning it's always out of reach so children can not touch the trap.

Water drainage holes to prevent bait from getting wet

We have all had boxes that get wet over time but this bait box has raised baffles so it keeps the water out and plenty of drain holes before it gets to that point

Raised internal height to allow rats to sit up and feed

The box is only 10 inches long by about 6 1/2 inches wide so to make up for its size they have put a dome on the lid allowing the rat to sit freely while feeding.

I nternal buffers to help prevent the trap or bait from being touch ed

When the lid is shut the baffles make it very hard to get to the trap or the baits, making pest control a bit safer for the public and wildlife.

Overall we like this box.

Our Score 90/100
